Because Dingjian outsoles are pre-buffed and halogenated prior to export packaging, bonding in your assembly plant is fast and reliable. For synthetic SBR rubber and EVA outsoles, apply a thin coat of polyurethane-based primer (such as Greenchemical 105 or Bostik 2402), flash dry in a convection tunnel at 65–70°C for 3 to 4 minutes, apply standard polyurethane cement to both sole and lasted upper, reactivate under infrared heat at 75°C, and press in a universal hydraulic sole press at 4.5 to 5.0 bar for 12 to 15 seconds.
